This is mostly a reminder to myself, but maybe you need it too. There might be a part one to this somewhere in the early posts? Very few people walking through our doors will reach a world championship caliber, so then we're just training to train. We're training for exercise, because we enjoy it, to build community, or to learn a useful skill. That doesn't mean the standards are lower, but it does mean that occasionally it doesn't have to be so serious. I think that the two can coexist, because it has in every gym I've been a part of. Put in the work and have fun that's all I ask.
