The Task

We do task-based games, so the focus of what you do should be the task. If you do something outside of the parameters, but not explicitly mentioned either it’s a new learning path or I should’ve given better instructions. This was the case with a game recently where people were afraid to do something explicitly mentioned in the parameters. They did not try to pass, because they thought they needed to be extra adherent to the position. Part of the CLA is that it allows for more freedom and creativity, use it, find stuff that works for you. Take the parameters and make them suit you.
