People will find answers to what you do, and vice versa. What you do by necessity has to evolve. There may come a point when what made you successful comes back around to making you successful again, but part of getting better is finding new pathways. I get to think about Jiu Jitsu all the time, so the window of time that something is successful against me can be short, but if you’re only training a few times a week or less, you may end up stuck in the same problem for months. That’s normal, it took me years to not get loop choked at least once a roll by Brian Ogule. It’s not even like chess, it’s more like make it take it basketball, until you expose a flaw, you’re always on defense.
