The metric I measure most is am I getting positive results. With myself and with my students, that is what is important to me. I have a proven track record of getting people in better shape and making them better at Brazilian jiu jitsu. These things are not easy, in fact they are incredibly difficult. However, if you keep showing up and putting in the work, I know that you will be stronger, move better, and be a proficient grappler. There's no fluff, no crazy sales pitch, come to me, put in the work, you will be better.
