I find that a lot of things in life are about momentum. Good habits compound and bad habits compound, so you just sort of have to pick which direction to snowball. It’s why I write lists of things I need to do daily, weekly, monthly, and once or with no set time frame. If I make good food choices that tends to compound and the reverse is also true. If I set a goal to take a walk weekly and I write it down, it’s much easier to hold myself accountable. Anything you want to improve or do, try to take little actions and make little goals to move towards that outcome. Let each goal or action grow and allow those small wins to help you achieve the larger goal.
