This is amusing, but it also answers a question that I get asked a lot. Recently, my students have been measuring their training in Mark Minutes, I believe the conversion is one minute with me is 7 minutes with someone else. I suppose that’s good for them, but I train pretty casually, so what would Mark Minutes be if I trained for real? The toughest of my students believe that a round with me is worth at minimum four rounds with someone else. You would all die if I started to train for real again. As flattering as it is to have my own unit of measurement, it’s also why competition for me is far off the table.
