What is the price you’re willing to pay to achieve whatever goal you have set for yourself? If you want to be a Jiu Jitsu black belt, are you willing to show up multiple days a week forgoing lots of less painful things for a decade or longer to do that? If you want to lose weight are you willing to put your plate away before you are totally full or be in the gym instead of staying in bed? We all say we want something, but everything we want comes at the cost of something else. So what cost can you accept to reach your desired outcome?
